DESCRIPTION:  As a TRANSACTION ASSOCIATE you are the hands and feet of the Yellow Creek, LLC in your region. Work schedules are set by the TA and determined by the needs of Yellow Creek, LLC in conjunction with pertinent businesses involved in completing Real Estate Transactions.  This position is an independent contractor position.  Training for this position is provided via on-on-one with the CEO of Yellow Creek, LLC.  Due to the fact this position is commissioned based earning potentials vary depending on TA performance.  This is a great opportunity to learn about Real Estate Investing without all of the non-sense.  As Yellow Creek, LLC grows so do the opportunities for you to grow and advance.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Self Starter

• Diligent

• Attention Detail

• Motivated

• Professional

• Must be Coachable

• Valid Driver's License

• MUST have reliable transportation

• Computer and Cell Phone preferred
